Orders

*Full payment is required upon purchase. We highly recommend placing an order at least 14 days in advance to secure date; however, a minimum of 7 days is required.

Refund policy

*Once an order is both placed and confirmed no refunds will be issued. Partial refunds are only applicable in the event that damage occurs to the product during transportation and will vary upon damage extent.

Cancellations

*No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation. Date changes may be made as long as it is 7 days before the item has been requested for delivery.

Packaging

*It is important to handle with care! The cheesecake rests on a cake board that is tapped in place to the bottom of the plastic container, so excessive movement can cause the cheesecake to shift out of place!

Delivery

*Delivery charges vary upon location. Please refrigerate once received!
